  1. Nazi Germany: focus on techniques used to maintain control
  2. Stalinist Russia: focus on techniques used to gain/maintain control (eg Show Trials)
  3. British ‘Home Front’ during WW2 (bombing, rationing, work conditions, politics)

Follow the link to see how Apple launched the first Macintosh computer in 1984. The advertisement, directed by Ridley Scott, was shown at the American Superbowl and was released the same year as Blade Runner.
