Issues

Location of the art department’s colour printer. It is not ideally located at present.  The floor or in the staff study might be better options.

Excursion Monday 12 May

Students will be returning with photos on their cameras that they will use as the subjects of later artworks.  TM will work with JP and the student Tech Club to facilitate downloading and presenting the photos on a Web site.  The images will be kept on the Maxtor HD so as not to impact the server backup.  

Students will need to be prepared to: make sure their camera’s memory cards are empty, bring their PC cable and erase down to their best 3 – 5 images.

The Art department will purchase memory card readers so that we can access any of the cameras.  

Idea: with the card reader, students won’t need the cable and they could leave the cards in envelopes with their names on them to be downloaded over night?

TM could visit the VA classes to discuss resolutions for print and web publication.
