Oxley College is an inclusive, co-educational secondary school (Years Seven to Twelve) providing a broad education. Since its foundation, the following criteria of enrolment are applied in combination.

•   Siblings of present or former students have priority of admission, assuming that their application for enrolment was made early.
• The capacity to benefit from the school's educational offering is considered and discussed at interview.
• As far as possible, the College seeks to maintain a reasonable balance of boys and girls.
• The College operates on the principle of inclusion. Particular needs are to be identified and discussed at interview, including strategies required to accommodate the full educational needs of the student subject of the application.

• Where the above criteria have been applied, the date of application will determine priority of entry.

How to Enrol at Oxley College

If you have not received a prospectus, which contains an Application for Enrolment Form, you can complete an online form or call (02) 4861-1366 and ask for the registrar.

Enrolment Process

1. The Oxley College Prospectus is forwarded to the interested parent together with an Application for Enrolment form.
2. Upon receipt of the Application for Enrolment, together with the required processing fee, the child's name is placed on the Admissions list for the required year of entry.
3. Registration itself does not constitute enrolment.
4. In the year preceding entry, all applicants will be invited to an interview with the Head of College or Deputy Head of College.
5. An offer of a place is confirmed in writing, pending outcomes of the Enrolment Interview.
6. Parent acceptance of the offer of a place is confirmed on receipt by the College of the Enrolment charge by the stipulated date.
