Traffic Drop off/Pick up Arrangements

During the break there have been some changes to the Oxley College driveway in order to make the area between the K-6 buildings and the PE Centre safer for students.
The roundabout has been moved closer to the College entrance and there will be no traffic access past the K-6 car park. Walking paths and a fence have been installed to further enhance student safety.

Drop Off and Pick Up Arrangements:

There are several spaces on the roundabout available for vehicles to stop for a short time to pick up or drop off students.
If your child does not finish school until 3.30pm, please do not park in the drop off /pick up zone and wait. There is parking available next to the PE Centre or along the driveway. All K – 6 students should be picked up by 3.25pm so that the pick up zone is free for the Year 7 – 12 students from 3.30pm.

We urge parents to use the bus transport system where possible.   We appreciate your support as we work together to ensure the safety of our Oxley College students.

Some parents also assisted by collecting information for, and being part of, the parent focus group meetings on communication at Oxley College. This is a ‘live’ document and I welcome feedback at all times. This document provides a framework and will assist us to improve and focus on communications at Oxley - Communications at Oxley College
