Here are some ideas for Year 12 projects. Next week you will be asked to form a team who will commit to achieving a project in your Year 12 year. Please look through this list and add any other ideas you have in the comment space below:
- Design and create a small Welcome Pack for new Oxley students
- Host a social event for fund raising
- Create a “locker tidy pack” – kit of shelves and pockets etc to organise locker that can be put together for students having difficulty keeping their lockers tidy
- Team of musical students who help younger students practice and prepare for performances
- Exhibition Team to rotate artworks and photos in two or three locations around the school
- Campaign to promote sustainability and reduce Oxley’s environmental footprint
- Team to promote Strategy Games for younger students
- Team who host activities at lunch times at the start of the year to help build social relationships between students
- Create a very short video offering information and advice about being a student at Oxley that could be shown to Year 7 during Orientation.
- Arrange a visiting speaker to speak to assembly or a give a lunch time talk on a topic that is of high interest to students
