Task
Choose one of the following activities:
1) History of silicon chip and integrated circuit technology
Research and write a one page chronology of the development of integrated circuits in computers. Besides the information page, also include a flowchart or timeline that shows important milestones. (you might be interested in How Laptops Work)
2) Silicon Chips in our Life
Research how silicon chips have been used in the everyday objects around us. You should include how the microprocessors function within the object (what they are used to do). Describe at least five objects, going from the simplest to most complex use of microprocessors.
